TIMELINE
March 9th - Early Fee registration deadline
March 15th - Early Fee participants selection announcement
March 22nd - Early Fee payment deadline
April 4th - Late Fee registration deadline*
April 12th - Late Fee payment deadline
May 4th - Substitutions deadline
Registration will be open from February 1st until March 9th after which all the applicants will be reviewed by an 8-member committee.
On March 15th selected participants will be informed about the successful application via email, which will also include detailed payment information. Payment will have to be finalised by March 22nd.
In case of additional spots, registration will be open until April 4th, late fee applicable.
Registration fee refund of 50% will be possible only until the end of the late registration deadline. After that, the refund will not be possible anymore. Substitutions allowed until May 4th.

Thanks to our partners and donators, we are able to offer our course for a reduced price!
Early Fee - 310 €
Late Fee - 370 €
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Scientific programme, including all course materials
Accommodation in Ljubljana city centre in dorm rooms, 10 minutes walk from the venue.
3 meals per day starting with dinner on Thursday and ending with lunch on Sunday, and coffee breaks.
