Registration will be open from February 14th until March 14th after which all the applicants will be reviewed by an 9-member committee. 

On March 23th selected participants will be informed about the successful application via email, which will also include detailed payment information. Payment will have to be finalised by March 31st.

In case of additional spots, registration will be open until April 4th, late fee applicable.

Registration fee refund of 50% will be possible only until the end of the late registration deadline. After that, the refund will not be possible anymore.
